- Downtown Dubai
It serves as both a business hub due to the presence of offices of global companies and a tourist zone where the emirate’s attractions are concentrated. Among the most notable structures are Burj Khalifa, Dubai Fountain, and Dubai Mall.
From Downtown, it’s easy to reach the city’s main business centers: the Business Bay district, the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) free economic zone, and the Dubai Internet City technology park. Downtown Dubai is the city’s center with well-developed infrastructure. In addition to numerous boutiques, beauty salons, restaurants, and entertainment centers for tourists, it offers easy access to medical institutions, nurseries, schools, banks, and supermarkets. The journey from Dubai International Airport to Downtown takes about 15 minutes.

- Business Bay
It is considered the central business hub of Dubai. Construction began in 2003. Getting to neighboring areas is very convenient by both taxi and metro. Dubai’s master plan focuses on the development and investment in five urban centers, which includes Business Bay.
Prominent points of high-rise development will include the Business Bay and Dubai World Central (DWC) projects. Within the latter, a thousand residential skyscrapers and 850 office buildings are planned to be constructed. Dubai plans to build the tallest residential building in the world – the 112-story “Skyscraper” named Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences.

- Dubai Marina
Being one of the smallest districts in Dubai, it is also the most densely populated and developed. The total area of the district is 4.9 square kilometers.
Construction began in 2003 and has nearly concluded to this day.
At present, there are over 200 residential buildings situated here.
The prestige of the area lies in the blend of picturesque coastal landscapes and a comprehensive urban lifestyle infrastructure. Dubai Marina comprises 10 micro-districts, including the highly popular Jumeirah Beach Residence complex.
The main attraction of Dubai Marina is the extensive canal that stretches over 3.5 kilometers, leading out to the sea from both ends. Numerous restaurants and cafes line the canal’s promenade, as well as cycling and jogging tracks. A marina for yachts is also located here. Shopping enthusiasts can visit the Dubai Marina Mall with over 130 stores and a massive cinema.
Dubai Marina doesn’t have schools, but there are nurseries within walking distance. Well-known medical centers operate here as well. Typically, students and school-goers attend institutions outside the district, facilitated by excellent transportation links, making it convenient.
Ain Dubai, the world’s largest observation wheel, is situated in Dubai on the artificial island of Bluewaters, adjacent to the Dubai Marina district. (At the moment, the wheel is not operational as it caused minor vibrations while rotating, which had the potential to affect the foundation of the artificial island.)
