Elara

Elara is the eighth complex within the Madinat Jumeirah Living development. It is located in the Umm Suqeim area and provides instant access to pristine beaches and the shores of the Arabian Gulf. The renowned construction company Meraas is responsible for the development of this project. Previously, Meraas has presented exceptional real estate properties in complexes such as Lamaa, Asayel, Lamtara, Al Jazi, Jadeel, Rahaal, and Jomana. The construction of this new project in Madinat Jumeirah Living is planned to be completed by December 2026.

The Elara complex consists of three buildings, ranging in height from 10 to 11 floors, including ground levels. Inside these buildings, you will find premium apartments with 1-3 bedrooms and luxurious penthouses with four bedrooms. In total, the complex will feature 234 residences designed with various layouts and sizes, ranging from 67 square meters to 424 square meters.

For the residents’ maximum convenience, all types of properties come equipped with at least one private balcony, built-in wardrobes or walk-in closets in the bedrooms, a laundry room, and a spacious living/dining area.
